    Explorer Payroll is an easy-to-use, full-featured payroll solution that has been designed to work seamlessly over the Internet.

  2. How does Explorer Payroll work? [ top ]
    The application software, Explorer Payroll, resides on Explorer Software's server.  To access your company payroll, simply login and start working!  Enter employee labor in any number of ways; from the application data entry screen, or a crew timecard, or from your pocket pc.  Print checks on your office printer or arrange direct bank deposit.

    Explorer Payroll is OLE-DB compliant which integrates relational databases and non-relational data (OLAP data, Email, Directory, IMS, VSAM, ORDBMS, etc.)

    Explorer Payroll is a thin client/server solution.  Client/Server computing has become an important industry trend.  All data, programs and processing take place on our server.  Only the user interface is on your PC (client computer).  Which means processing is fast.  Data is secure.

    You can connect to Explorer Payroll on the Internet with phone lines, cable modem, ISDN or ADSL.  Minimum requirement is a 56K connection or better.
